Welcome to the River Side Cottage in Charlevoix! This is our special place to make memories and enjoy this incredible area and we hope it becomes yours as well. Originally built between 1906 and 1911 this historical cottage was completely renovated in 2023. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few hundred feet away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. You can wave to the passengers on the Beaver Islander from the front porch!

This desirable condo is perfect for 4 guests and two children, and conveniently located just a few blocks from Lake Charlevoix making it the perfect vacation spot! If you're looking to bring your boat, the condo has parking space available for a trailer and is two blocks from the public launch ramp. This is a smoke-free condo association.

Sommer's Retreat is a year round northwoods cabin nestled in the pines and surrounded by a 300 acre nature preserve. Our location is a short distance from the Jordan River Valley and within 20 minutes of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Lake Michigan, Shanty Creek Schuss Mountain Resorts, Glacial Hills, orchards and farm markets. The cabin is a spacious two story retreat that will sleep 6 in two bedrooms and a loft. Guests have access to cabin wifi.

There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
