This cozy and unique guest house locates in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. We were inspired by rural France when decorated it yet we made sure it had all modern amenities! Both main and guest house sit on a 2 acres fenced lot which is large enough to provide you privacy. There is a sizeable pond on a property which is stocked with fish. Enjoy the views and sounds of a nature and don’t be surprised if you see gopher turtles:) Down town Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte both are about 15 mins away

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walking distance from Manasota Beach. Bring your bathing suits and leave the worries at home. It’s a comfortable clean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private lower level will. You will have access to areas including, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower and pool. In case of rain or a break from the sun, you can enjoy the ping pong table, or explore our surroundings. Visit historic Downtown Englewood or Venice where many events take place all year long.

This airbnb is ran by my mom, she is 75 and doesn't speak English, but she uses google translate for any communication.
