Welcome to our "little yellow house" (although, it's not really that little). Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

A beautiful, private, hike in only spot. Quiet Dry Cabin in perfect seclusion to get away from it all. No TV, no phone, no AC, or Internet. When you book this home you are truly wanting to unplug... 1 bedroom loft cabin nestled into 20 acres of trees, valleys, and corn fields. This is roughing it! Natural deep woods within a gully between fields, you’ll find this spot a wonderful sanctuary for wildlife. Follow the few scattered deer trails on the property and explore this natural place.

Two story apartment, spacious!

This is a furnished apartment in a renovated church. One bedroom with a queen bed and large walk in closet on the lower level. A stairway takes you to an upper loft with three twin beds. Pack n play available and high chair too, upon request. Pets are welcome. Located a very short walk to Sylvan Park which has a wonderful playground. Plenty of counter space for a gathering. You’re welcome to park your bikes inside the apartment if you don’t mind bringing them up the exterior stairs. :)

CR Station Train Caboose

Enjoy the restoration of our charming and cozy caboose! Complete with all the amenities you'll need and more! Linens and towels, refrigerator, microwave, a double burner hot plate, dishes for cooking, barware for cocktailing, and even the original conductor's chairs to watch the sunset over the horse pasture. Highland Place is a short 25 minute drive from Rochester and Mayo Clinic, 30 minute drive from Winona, and a short 10 minute drive to Whitewater State Park.

Area attractions include RockFilter Distillery, Fat Pats BBQ & Brewery, Hidden Springs Peony Farm, Heart Rock Coffee, Bluff Country Artists Gallery, Spring Grove Cinema, Giants of the Earth Heritage Center, an aquatic pool, recreation park; birding/walk trail. Just a half hour to Decorah, Iowa and forty minutes to LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

Nestling Pines Treehouse

Nestling Pines Treehouse is nestled amongst the Pine trees on a hill deep in the woods. There is designated parking for treehouse guest only. A 60 foot bridge starts your walk up the trail to the treehouse. Then a 250 foot gravel path leads you to this beautiful Treehouse. Has electricity, running hot/cold water, walk-in-shower, flushing toilet, 2 full size beds, fridge ,A/C, electric heat , ample kitchen amenities, toiletry items supplied, and housekeeping.
