This urban oasis creates a wonderful setting to enjoy Freedom Park with direct access to the Atlanta Eastside PATH trail and connectivity to the famous Atlanta BeltLine. This home was recently featured on the 2018 Tour of Homes. You'll have private access to the entire Carriage House. Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

The Burrow is another spectacular, magical space to share with you! Hidden on our 40-acre private farm, it has lots to explore, our signature scavenger hunt, and a Muggle TV & DVD player with the Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts documentaries (+100 more) are there for you! Deer, wild turkeys, wild cranes and ducks, rabbits, etc. may be spotted from the porch of the Burrow, as well! Bring marshmallows for the fire in the outdoor cauldron!
