Relax on Lake Champlain with family or friends! Our cozy two bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Bring your boat! Or Relax and Kayak at this newly renovated home on the Great Chazy River. Lake Champlain is around a mile down the river, with the Great Chazy Boat Launch there as well. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of our large but cozy private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. In summer, enjoy using a kayak (2) or paddleboard. Boat not included. Come see the striking foliage of autumn or the gentle burst of a North Country spring. Ski or snowmobile in winter. Also, Montreal is always just an hour away!

Two bedrooms each with a queen bed plus Hazel's Hideaway, a 6× 6 ft. loft off of the dining room/kitchen area with a daybed for 1 child or it can be used as a reading nook. 1 bath with shower, washer and dryer, and filtered water system. Pantry stocked with staples as well as fishing equipment. Games and toys for all ages. Private staircase to the lake. Fire pit with wood. Water shoes recommended.

Located on Lake Champlain, this cottage has spectacular partial lake and sunset views. Perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, fishing, water sports, golfing, and also to use as a home base for fun day trips. Enjoy the beautiful lake, the Alburgh Sand Dunes State Park, the Alburgh Golf Links and St. Anne's Shrine and the ancient coral reefs. Dogs are welcome, but require Owner approval and payment of a per dog per trip pet fee, maximum of 2 dogs.

Vermont’s Secluded Island Getaway

Our Meadowhouse apartment sits peacefully on 20 secluded acres overlooking Vermont wetlands and wildlife habitat. It is a second story apartment with lovely pastoral views of the neighboring farm and sunsets. Guests have access to the lake, restaurant and outdoor facilities at the nearby Ruthcliffe Lodge & Restaurant (a five minute walk away). The apartment is accessed by a 10+step, staircase and is not handicapped accessible.
