We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

There is a large common area with guest kitchen, sitting and dining areas as well as pingpong & grande piano. All rooms are on first floor with no stairs to climb. Room 1 has a king bed and private sitting room. We rent to adults 25 up and children minimum 11 yrs of age with parents. Max 2 per room. No Pets.
