Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

ATV and Snowmobile Trails come right to Balsam Hill Cabins. The Cabins are right on the old Stagecoach Road that is 220 years old. We just fixed Old County Road to the Cabins. Close to all amenities but nestled into the beautiful Maine woods. Watch for bear, deer, turkey and porcupine all observed from the windows. There will be ALL KINDS OF NATURE. A true nature lovers delight. This is a splendid little midcoast cottage! Do us both a favor and don’t book if you’re not ok with staying close to the woods and nature.

Summer 2026 ~Visit Acadia Park & Bar Harbor by day & stay here at night. Our 1.4 acre shore-front family retreat began an 18 month renovation Fall of 2018 & only opened recently - Dishwasher, new beds, Hi-speed Internet no data limit. We fell in love with this quiet coastal sanctuary, the perfect place to reconnect with nature while staying on grid. ☪ At night you'll experience deafening silence under the natural light of the stars. High-speed Internet keeps you connected.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Milbridge Harbor View House

Nestled on a quiet road right against the Atlantic ocean is where you'll find Ohana Inn's "Milbridge Harbor View House". This quaint 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath has a full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, a back patio looking out to the backyard and ocean, and a kid's playroom at the front of the house making this a perfect home away from home for you and the kids. A perfect location for watching the sunrise and set or just sitting outside on a warm day and reading a good book.

Tunk Stream Lodging

Cozy apartment with private entrance. Enter the mud room into the living room with TV and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser, closet, TV and vanity. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Very comfortable, cozy space. It is part of our home but very private. We're located on Tunk Stream, 1 mile from the Down East Sunrise Trail. Take a dip in our stream, hike around our area (blueberry barrens) or bring your 4 wheeler and take a run on the trail.

Blueberry Cottage

The Blueberry cottage has all that you need for a comfortable and cozy stay! Located off the beaten path in a quiet and woodsy setting near our organic wild blueberry field. It is centrally located to the waterways and trails in the Downeast region, a half hour drive to the Schoodic Peninsula and about an hour's drive to Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or vacationing for a week, this is a great choice!
