This cosy self-contained space offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for your getaway. Charming sloping sleeping and views to the racecourse and mountains. Fully equipped the studio features its own shower room and kitchenette (ground floor) for your breakfast needs. Ample parking is available on the property in front.

Lake Cottage is a small cottage which has a double bed is fully self contained set in 6.5 acres of woodland and formal gardens at "Coniston" Ashburton. In a quiet farm setting only 3 km from the centre of Ashburton and S.H. 1 to Christchurch, Dunedin or Queenstown. Continental breakfast provisions provided, selection of cereals, porridge, fruit, bread, milk, butter and selection of spreads. Selection of teas and coffees.
