The Stables, Middle Barton

Middle Barton is located in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside on the doorstep of the Cotswolds, close to Bicester Village, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse and Oxford. The small self contained annex building is located in owners private garden. The property boasts a double bedroom upstairs and downstairs includes a living room with double sofa bed, tv, wifi, tea, coffee and toast making facilities and a mini fridge. A downstairs shower room includes a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.

Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Launton is a fantastic location to explore the Cotswolds, visit Oxford and to visit Blenheim palace.

A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
