Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Located in the original farm yard of Manor House Farm, in the heart of the Cotswold village of Duns Tew, the stables have been carefully remodeled to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The building is tucked in the corner of the old farmyard in a secluded spot and has a small south facing patio area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sun. Duns Tew is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and is within 30 mins of Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester village.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

The White Lion Studio

A spacious studio apartment at The White Lion, an Oxfordshire country pub. 10 mins to Bicester Village, 20 mins to soho farmhouse, on the edge of the Cotswalds. One double bed and one double sofa bed (additional bedding can be requested). Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. New bathroom with shower. On grounds of beautiful old pub (drinks only but hosting regular food trucks) with free parking and plenty of lovely walks from the studio.

The barn is a luxury 2 bed conversion which has been renovated by an interior designer, so it has the feel of the Farmhouse, without the pricetag. It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone.
