A self-contained annex for 2 adults in a village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Two village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

This room is light, large and comfortable with a beach theme; Chesil beach is only 4 minutes walk away whilst the world famous Portland Harbour is only 8 minutes walk in the other direction. TV, Tea and coffee making facilities are in the room and there is exclusive use of a bath/shower room. Breakfast of toast, cereals fruit etc is provided and excellence and quality are the aim. The host is very flexible, so if you have any dietary needs or preferences, it will be a pleasure to oblige.

Perfect for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Somerset Levels. Your own private entrance, a comfy lounge with open fire and a separate sitting room with a wood burning stove. Your staircase leads to a working area and your private bathroom & bedroom. The gardens are beautifully maintained & fully available. At dusk you may even see the badgers who live in the meadow. The area is surrounded by amazing country pubs, restaurants, walks & cycle routes with country houses & wildlife sanctuaries.

We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
