The pavilion is a high-ceilinged reception room-cum-kitchen, with a generous and well - appointed seating area and double-width sliding doors giving straight onto a substantial covered hardwood deck ( 20sq m) that features a solid wood outdoor dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and has a built-in breakfast counter. The pool is connected by a short raised walkway to the deck and has its own surround with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool and faced It uses the latest salt filtration technology. Guests can walk over if they should need anything (or simply contact us via the usual social media apps). The property is secluded but secure. The property sits down a quiet tree-lined lane that ends at the Ping river, on the edge of a village surrounded by rice fields. Life here still revolves around the agricultural seasons, and it was this accessible ‘slow life’ that attracted the owner. We recommend guests consider car hire if they intend to do a lot of sightseeing (as places of interest can be quite spread out). Equally there are plentiful options if you prefer to hire a car plus driver (on a daily rate), or for single trips local taxis (GRAB) are easy to get.
