With vintage pieces pulled from and inspired by our travels around the globe, this renovated guesthouse is a little piece of our hearts. It is on the second story, sitting above the owner’s ceramics studio below. Cozy sheets, organic towels, a gorgeous kitchen with a diverse coffee bar & more. Nestled at the foot of Missionary Ridge just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Our guesthouse is in our spacious yard behind our home & includes it's own fire pit and seating area in it's side yard.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The Urban Cottage has a modern farmhouse feel with bead board throughout the cottage. It is small, cute and yet simple designed with a cozy feel- mixed with old and new elements. It is also located 10 minutes from downtown. The Bird House near Fall Creek Falls State Park

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!

The bedrooms are just the right size to enjoy a restful nights sleep. Need to do laundry- no problem this guest house has it’s own laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Roast s’mores by the backyard fire pit and enjoy watching the lightening bugs from the deck.

Hannsz Hideaway

Same place with a new exterior look. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.

Prayer Cabin

This quiet little quest house is only 6 miles from Dayton. Five boat ramps are located within a 6 mile radius. We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.

Peaceful and relaxing safe place. Great walking and hiking areas. Private secured entrance with a unique code for entry for each guest. Minutes to Watts Bar Lake & TN RIVER. Ten minutes to Watts Bar boat ramp. We are not within walking distance of restaurants, etc. but only a few minutes away by driving.
