There is parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, spacious deck, fire pit table and outdoor waterfall.

The bike path entrance to Bidwell Park is located on the other side of the property, making walks in the park an easy part of your daily routine. Also located close to the freeway, making any destination in Chico less than 10 minutes away in any direction. An easy 1 mile walk or bike ride to downtown!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .
