We are situated between the Vedder River and Vedder Mountain with world-class fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and river trails. It's a ten-minute drive to Cultus Lake and about twenty minutes to either Abbotsford or Chilliwack.

You enter through a private basement suite entrance. You are renting our newly renovated, private basement suite (2 bedrooms, family room, full kitchen and bathroom). Please note, our family of 4 and 2 dogs live upstairs. We have various schedules and come and go at different times. You will hear noise from our family.

Great 2 bedroom basement, 1 bathroom suite, with kitchen. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room couch pulls out into queen size bed. Nice neighborhood, and close to a full fitness center, public transit, UFV, and other convenient amenities. Close to Vedder River for fishing or walking the trail. Owners live upstairs. We are not partiers but have kids and animals. could be a little loud with footsteps at times.
