The property is at ground floor and the flat has king size bed, AC, Android TV with Apps, Oven, Geyser, iron, Sofa-cum-bed with AC in hall, Dining table, RO Water purifier, Refrigerator, Gas stove, mixer grinder, pressure cooker and other all the other kitchen utensils.

The space consists of a hall with sitting arrangements, bedroom with queen bed and AC, and a fully functional kitchen with all utensils and gas stove with cylinder.
