Hi everybody!!We are situated in the little Venice (Chioggia) and we are just 40min away from Venice. The appartmarnt is located at the first floor, it has kitchen-bedroom and private bathroom and balcony with table. Our place has also a huge garden with private parking(included), relax area with coffee machine and a barbecue area. We rent bikes to our guests for FREE!! And also WiFi is included in your stay. My family and I live in the same building, so we are always here ready for helping you!

Ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi museo e luogo d'interesse: dista a soli 10 minuti da Rialto e 20 da Piazza S. Marco. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione ferroviaria S. Lucia. This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
