In the midst of outlying olive groves lies our romantic and charming country house. Embedded within the wild Cretan nature this timeless natural stone building provides an oasis of calmness, relaxation and fantastic moments. The tranquility, only accompanied by the hypnotizing singing of cicadas, the distinctive view of untouched mountain formations, the clean and natural air, filled with wild herbal aroma and the stunning night sky turn our vacation home into a unique place of recreation.

Our villa is located in a 30 - acre olive grove with a spectacular panoramic view of Palekastro and its nearby beaches. This picturesque stone villa is fully furnished and offers all the modern comforts to the visitors. Also the electricity is generated with the use of solar energy and therefor our house is totally eco-friendly. If you choose our villa for your holiday you will have the chance to enjoy peaceful surroundings just 2 km away from the center of the busy and noisy Palekastro.

Garden Stone Cottage Ariadni near the beach

Stay in a lovely newly refurbished Cottage with a spacious garden in the middle of an olive growth. It self contained with an Airconditioning unit, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and private garden and entrance. This cozy cottage with a double bed and a sofa can accommodate up to 3 people. The cottage is a 4-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive to Palekastro's square. Its amazing location is perfect for someone who wants to relax and discover the area.

Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here.
