The structure of the house is made of today's expensive wood such as NZ Kauri & Rimu, the villa still retains the majesty of the Victorian era, the atmosphere of noble and romantic Athens. The villa is characterized by high ceilings, long corridors lined with sculptural arches, the living room still retains a classic Victorian wood-burning fireplace and some windows still retain a luxurious and noble lead glass style.
