The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. If there are two guests and they want two bedrooms and two bathrooms, they will have to let me know when booking and pay an extra €30.00.

Chers hôtes, Voici notre charmant et lumineux appartement de 60m² en plein cœur de Venise (zone Cannaregio) dans un palais historique du XVIème. Au fond d’une ruelle sans issue donnant sur le canal, vous ne serez pas dérangé par le bruit. Il s'agit d'un palais familial où seulement moi, mon oncle et ma tante y vivons, vous ne serez donc pas dérangé par le bruit du voisinage. Mon appartement dans lequel je vis est juste au-dessus du vôtre.
