Casa Sara is on the first floor (16 steps staircase for this and another apartment), has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom, heating, air conditioning with remote control, wifi, tv, towels and sheets. 4 minutes walk (without bridges) from the waterbus stop connecting to the airport or train or bus stations, an exclusive door on a famous Venetian street 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 12 from the Rialto bridge. On the ground floor a laundry room that you can use.

I tessuti e gli arredi sono preziosissimi, grazie per prenderti cura della mia casa. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. Ho un luogo dove lasciare le valigie.
