This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Small home built in 1875 close to Middle Raccoon River. It is six blocks to downtown shops, grocery and restaurants. New, updated walking and biking trails; river access in the park for canoes/kayaks within 300 yards from front door. Access to White Rock Conservancy trails. Coon Rapids also has a 9-hole golf course and a large city park with ball fields and pool. We offer off street parking. Garage available for bicycles. Contact host. Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Easy access to the beach, to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or relaxing near the tranquil pond. Cooler temps bring you inside to enjoy board games, movies, & huge windows sharing the waterfront.

The Olive House

Cute and quiet neighborhood located in the historic town of Jefferson, Iowa famous for its Bell Tower Festival and often a host town for Rag Brai! This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! And oh, by the way, it leads all the way to Des Moines!

Sunset View Ranch 5-Bedroom House

If you need a quiet and relaxing retreat, Sunset View Ranch is just the place. This 3-acre ranch is just what you need to get away from the struggles of life. Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 bedrooms and has 3 living rooms with fluffy couches. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place, and 2 full bathrooms.

With 2 bedrooms and a queen-sized hide-a-bed, this cozy little place will comfortably sleep 5. This quiet neighborhood can be enjoyed hanging out on the front porch or out back on the patio. Washer and dryer downstairs if you need to do laundry and all the necessities to make a meal in the kitchen. Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

Huge 1920s era house in the heart of Perry. Just a few block from downtown, this house is so much larger than it appears. It is newly renovated with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It has a formal dining room, big kitchen with seating around an island plus a table that seats 6, cozy living room, and sun room. The lot next door is also owned by us and a great place for kids to play. The home is also available for special occasions such as parties and bridal/baby showers.
