This location is peaceful and centrally located. It is close to everything in Colorado Springs with major road access to all parts of town. It is across the street from Palmer Park which was donated to the city by General Palmer in 1899 it is a unique 692 ac of wilderness surrounded by city on all sides. It offers sports fields, playgrounds, hiking, biking, and picnicking with scenic overlooks. This property includes private entrance with off street parking and outdoor sitting area.

My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.
