Our fully furnished private retreat is the perfect getaway to unwind and experience everything the Perth Hills have to offer. Spend your days exploring the surrounding state forest, hiking local trails, or watching kangaroos graze. Located just 30 minutes from Perth Airport and only a 12 minute drive from Kalamunda and the serene Bickley Valley, you’ll find wineries, restaurants, pubs, orchards, and shops all within reach. Whilst we love children, we kindly ask no bookings with kids under 12.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Our centrally located, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with office, is ideal for any holiday makers. With plenty of space and comfortable furnishings, you'll feel right at home! The house features central heating/cooling, double car garage, well equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher), laundry & even some play equipment, books & toys for the kids . We are the back house on a battle-axe block making for a quiet, secure stay, all while having supermarkets, Cafes, Bus stops & Parks within walking distance.

Home among the gum trees, 15 mins from Perth airport and 20 kms to CBD. 300m to the bus, although a car is better to explore the beautiful rustic Bickley valley wineries and bush walks. The space is a studio apartment, ground level, completely self contained and seperate to the main house where I live. Kalamunda hills are delightful if you wish for peace and quiet, other than the kookaburra morning chorus! Bush walks abound, plenty of open space behind my house. PLS NOTE - NO WIFI
