This light and spacious two-bedroom stone cottage offers private parking for up to 4 vehicles. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove and French doors to the conservatory and garden. Ideal to use as a hub for enjoying the great night life of Roundhay, Chapel Allerton and Leeds City Centre or just a work base for professionals working in Leeds or Roundhay. On regular bus routes to Leeds City Centre and Headingley.

Off road parking in a rural area just north of Leeds. Easy access to the historic attractive towns of Harrogate and York. Beautiful Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire moors an easy drive away. Local attractions include Leeds city centre, Royal Armouries, Harewood House and grounds, Temple Newsam, Roundhay park. The area is excellent for mountain biking, road cycling, walking. Sporting venues include Headingly, Bramham. We have 3 friendly border collies.
