Parkview Retreat......... a quiet centrally located two-bedroom modern light filled cottage, sleeping up to 4 guests (there is a new Queen bed in the main bedroom and a double comfortable sofa bed in the TV/living room, both with crisp linen and fluffy pillows). It is a short drive to Westmead hospitals, Parramatta & the Riverside Theatre. The airport is 25 mins via the M4 and M8. Guests have a private entrance, via a carport. The key box number is the last 4 digits of the guest's phone number.

Quiet and spacious self-contained unit

The unit is on a quiet cul-de-sac street close to a large reserve. It has its own amenities and entrance that you don't share with anyone else. Bus stop to Parramatta or Castle Towers is 300 metres away. 800 metres to the bus stop on M2 and you can be in the city after 3 stops. 5 minute drive to 2 Shopping Malls. The unit is on the left end of the whole house. Its bedroom and bathroom are upstairs；the kitchen/dinning and washing machine are downstairs. NETFLIX and NBN WI-FI are provided.

You can catch a game or concert , Easter show or discount shopping at DFO or enjoy a meal at Bakehouse Quarter or train spot. It has a shared foyer with its own keyed entry to the private bedroom and ensuite. So it’s just like a hotel room.The room is set up with kitchen facilities of a bar fridge/freezer, microwave (air fryer/convention oven). Guests are able to use the pool, it’s not heated.

This freshly renovated half house, offers two queen bedrooms upstairs and lounge/dining area down stairs. This is a relaxing & modern accommodation. There is air conditioning, free WiFi, located 5 mins walk to bus stops and shopping centres, easy transit to Parramatta, Epping, Westmead Hospital and Sydney CBD.
