Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Superbly located, spacious apartment w/ fast, inexpensive, connections to West End, City, 02 and Lord's Cricket Ground and all airports provides airy twin bedroom. Soft, silky Egyptian cotton linen w/ mattress toppers & down pillows allows best night’s sleep. Gated drive w/ free parking (up to 2 cars) and sunny walled garden. As your host and Londoner for many years I will be able to advise you in order for you to take advantage of your stay in London. I will try to accommodate all requests.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Private bedroom, with an ensuite and balcony view in the heart of North West London. Kitchenette and private workspace available with fast wifi provided. Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square. Choose a King bed or 2 singles, and you have your own bathroom. I live in the flat with my own bedroom & bath. We share living room & kitchen. Breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. NOT for people with severe disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. Use the lift to third floor or for extra fitness take the 91 stairs. No air conditioning, fans provided. No street parking.

Charming Bedroom Suite with Private Sitting Room and Terrace

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Large double room 30 mins from Piccadilly Circus

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

A bright and spacious bedroom located across the top floor of this Victorian maisonette. The comfortable kingsize bed is fitted with a sumptuous wool topper and luxury bedding. The bed receives rave reviews. There’s a sofa and plants to add that homely feel. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with high-end toiletries and Sheridan towels. There is a large walnut desk, ergonomic chair, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, iron, hairdryer and wardrobe with wooden hangers and drawers.

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

All rooms have hotel King size beds & flat screen tv's It is the closest B & B to the Oval Cricket ground less than a 10 minute walk through lovely Kennington Park.

This room is very quiet, cosy and spacious, and it has a desk for laptop working. It is perfect for either 1 or 2 people, but it’s also a home-from-home for a parent travelling with a child.
