Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and is comfortable, light, spacious & warm. It has a modern clean feeling coupled with the charm of a traditional Scalpay island home.

Harriet's House

Harriet’s House is in the small crofting township of Kyles, on the west coast of North Uist. It's yards from a vast, expansive beach on the island's Atlantic coastline. An ideal location for access to North Uist's beautiful beaches, trout filled lochs, moorland, hills, machair wildlife habitats, and a host of prehistoric sites. It's a 15-minute drive from the ferry terminal at Lochmaddy, and a mile from the excellent, well stocked shop in Bayhead. The shop has a 24/hr petrol and diesel pumps.

Welcome to Heatherbell. The pod is a perfect getaway for 2, with everything you could need and is just 5 minutes drive from Lochboisdale ferry terminal. Heatherbell is a fantastic base for exploring our stunning landscapes and wildlife. Enjoy the splendid sunsets from the decking. In late summer it is surrounded by lovely purple heather which grows freely and abundantly spreading its glorious purple hues across our hills and glens. Croft 29 Chalet

'Croft 29 Chalet' was built in 2018 and is set in the beautiful area of Kilmuir, north Skye - just 15 minutes north of Uig. The chalet sleeps 2 (or 3). There is a double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (which sleeps 1). Spacious shower-room, and separate living area with picture window which includes a kitchenette (sink, kettle, fridge, microwave). Outside there is a decking area and hammock so you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning views over the Minch to the Western Isles.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. Otternish Pods on North Uist are situated on a working croft and are ideally located for exploring the islands. 1 mile from Berneray ferry terminal and 10 miles from Lochmaddy. Each pod is open plan with a kitchenette, seating dining, sleeping area and shower room. 3/4 bed and sofa-bed provides accommodation for up to 4. It is ideal for 2,If there are 4 adults you may feel it rather small. Bedding and towels are provided. Heating, TV and WiFi all add to a warm comfortable stay.
