Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Waters Edge Lakefront w/ Kayaks, Fire Pit and Dock

Lake Effect

Lake Effect is a modern Lakefront home on beautiful Norris Lake. This vacation home offers many amenities including a large lake front dock, hot tub, pool table and fire pit. There is also a gentle slope to the lake, No Steps!! Or you can use the graveled driveway that takes you right to the dock. Not too many homes on Norris Lake have such easy access to the lake. This is our home away from home and if you decide to stay at Lake Effect, we hope you love it as much as we do.

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Stay at the Norris Lake treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently dropped past the boat dock (read “Guest Access” for seasonal info). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Hosts live in main house next to treehouse, but you likely won’t see them. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas.

Amazing Norris Lake house with dock

You have to see this place. It’s the perfect place for your group or family. 3 level house on the water with its own covered dock. Come swim, boat, or fish in the lake. Afterwards relax by the hot tub or on one of the 3 huge decks overlooking the water. Note 1: The house has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. With that view comes about 90 steps from the top floor all the way down to the water. Note2: Maximum of 4 parking spots onsite.

Private Couples Retreat + Dome + Hot Tub

Private, gated couples retreat on 40 acres near the Great Smoky Mountains—perfect for unplugging and reconnecting. Enjoy cozy nights in the movie theater, relax in the hot tub, grill on the deck, share a bottle of wine by the fire pit, meet friendly animals, or unwind under the stars in our romantic dome. Please note: Our private mountain road is steep in areas. AWD/4WD is required for a safe and smooth arrival, especially after rain.
