Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

Enjoy this cozy, unique, 575 sqft tranquil getaway. It’s 1 1/2 blocks from Route 66 back at the end of a long, double wide driveway. The start is steep, drive up and down it a little slanted. One bedroom has a queen, and the other a twin bed. Enjoy the sunset on the back deck. A 50 inch smart tv is in the living room. The guest house is one street from Memorial Park which is great for walks and court activities. Minutes away from local restaurants the downtown area and baseball park. Combination of Old and New... Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. SC can sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has extra amenities in case you forget something. The shower, which has exposed copper plumbing, is sure to impress. Outside there is a small patio with adirondack chairs and gas fire pit that over look the cattle pasture and the stunning Panhandle sunsets.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. They don’t make houses like this anymore. Clean, Comfortable and Charming! Easy access to I-40 and I-27. Near downtown Amarillo, Amarillo College, historical Route 66, Hodgetown Baseball Stadium, and civic Center and The Big Texan. One King bed and one queen bed. Private backyard with outdoor eating. Unfortunately due to a severe allergy we are not able to accommodate animals.

The Texas Space is an upstairs one bedroom apartment with a great balcony. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a trundle bed. We are 4 walking blocks from the hottest corner in downtown Amarillo, 35 eateries, 8 walking blocks from the ball park. There is driveway parking and a large area for free street parking. There is a $5 pet fee. There are no cleaning fees or chores for you to do!
