Our peaceful cottage is located at the bottom of our garden, reached by a private lane less than 200 yards from the centre of Haddington. Haddington is a historic market town 20 miles east of Edinburgh and has good public transport to the city. Located in East Lothian and 20 minutes drive to the many beaches and golf courses. There are several restaurants, pubs and coffee shops within an easy stroll. The cottage is self-contained with private parking in a relaxed, quiet setting.

We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

Our modern Chalet sits in the Haven Resort at Seton Sands in a quiet discrete spot, very close to reception and all the amenities. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle
This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
