I have a cosy terraced house in north London just a 5-min walk from Wood Green station on the Piccadilly Line. You'll have your own room and your own bathroom. Wood Green has a vibrant shopping area and a variety of restaurants, pubs & cafes. If you’re a footie fan, shuttle buses run between Wood Green & the Spurs Stadium on match days. You’ll need to book the bus! If you're an Arsenal fan, it's only 4 stops to Arsenal and you're in striking distance of the Emirates stadium - pun intended!

We are close to public transport via a 10 minute walk to Oakwood Tube Station on the Piccadilly Line. We are in a quiet area offering a bright self contained studio on the ground floor. The private room is brand new with a comfy single bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. This is a family home where our guests are welcome. Please observe the following requests: no smoking, no vaping, no pets, no guests.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
