Architectural 5 bedroom house in woodland setting

Woodbridge lodge is an award winning architectural house built as an extension to a 19th century folly. The house is spacious with 2 living room areas 4 double bedrooms and a smaller single/ double bedroom in the folly. It can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 adults and 3-4 children. There are skylights throughout the house so you can see the stars from your bed but it also means that you get awaken with day light. We recently had major work done to fix some issues with water/ heating and windows.

The Annex is adjacent to our Studio Barn, which is occasionally used as a rehearsal and performance space. I'd say the space is most suitable for a single person, either visiting the area or relatives, for someone who goes out to work regularly, or f.e.looking for a more permanent accommodation in the area... (previous experiences) With it's own bathroom and kitchen it is entirely independant, just the entrance is shared with the actual barn. Work desk and television can be fitted on demand.

You are most welcome to stay in our airy 2 bedroom lodge located by the Mersea shore within a few minutes walking distance to seaside. Estuary Lodge comprises a stylish kitchen/diner and two level living space on ground floor, a table for 8, a wood stove and home cinema. The kitchen contains appliances necessary for self catering with access to a leafy, secluded garden. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with power shower (no bath). We serve Starbucks coffee.
