Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

Sie bietet mit 160 m² Wohnfläche, 4 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit eigenem Waschbecken & Balkon), 2 Bäder mit Dusche, Bidet & WC und eine große Küche zum gemütlichen Beisammensein mit Spülmaschine, Backrohr, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, SAT-TV & WLAN. 2 weitere WCs befinden sich im Treppenhaus zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den Gästen aus den anderen Ferienwohnungen in unserem Haus.
