We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

This unique space is a walk-out apartment attached to our newly built home. It is set on a working family farm in beautiful Penns Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef along with some chickens and pigs. We use sustainable farming practices, and are invested in renewable solar and geothermal sources. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and comfortable home. This sweet house is under 2 miles to Beaver Stadium and Penn State University. It is near the beautiful Spring Creek Park and there is a bike path leading to Penn State. We provide 2 bikes at the house. This is a wonderful, safe, quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!
