It is approx. 1200 sq. feet of comfortable living space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy living space with a sleeper sofa. The main bedroom with king sized bed and the bathroom are on the main floor and the loft area features two twin beds and additional TV. Couch sleeps an additional guest.
