Spacious, airconditioned room with attached washroom located on the upper floor of our home. The unit is reached via a single flight of broad stairs. Has two beds (with the option of a 3rd), wall cupboards, a wardrobe, sink, a large table which doubles up as a workspace/dining table and cooking facilities. The bookcase contains fact & fiction and publications by the hosts on Sri Lanka, with comfortable chairs to relax in and read. Photographs and paintings by Sri Lankan artists adorn the walls.

Free Wi-Fi, parking and garden views. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. Space is not shared with owners. Separate entrance, CCTV monitored. Close to supermarket, transit, and restaurants. 9km to Colombo Fort, 30 mins to airport. No children under 12. Hosts live downstairs and are happy to help.

As the pics say its simply furnished with a queen sized bed, cupboard, writing table, mini fridge and facilities to make tea/coffee. a washroom with hot watter is available aswell.
