This home is just a short distance to the local universities Clarkson (4.2 miles), SUNY Potsdam (6.5 miles), SUNY Canton (12 miles), and St. Lawrence University (10 miles) as well as Rochester Regional Health (CPH) 5.7 miles.

Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. We celebrate diversity and welcome people from all communities.

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard that you can use. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. You will find yourself surrounded by maple, spruce, and tamarack trees, and Clarkson University is close enough to see.

Bayview at Pine Point is located approximately 15 miles to the local four universities in Potsdam and Canton (Clarkson, St. Lawrence, SUNY Potsdam, SUNY Canton), which makes it a great place for visiting families to spend time together! Not to mention all the great outdoor activities offered locally, such as hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, leaf peeping, etc! The Cottage at Pine Point is located directly next door and can also be rented at the same time for additional space!

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Loon Landing is located on the beautiful Higley Flow reservoir. near the Adirondack Park for beautiful views, boating, swimming, the hiking trails, ski slopes and cross-country ski trails. There is dock space for a boat and kayaks are available. We prefer a 2 night minimum stay
