Have all your friends over in the backyard before the kickoff, tip off, first fly ball, etc. Arrange ahead of time and we will get your grocery shopping done and have it all in place for you (for a small fee)

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner
