A lovely annex in the heart of Freshwater Bay with a large garden. 1-minute walk to the Piano Cafe which serves great breakfast & lunches + just 50 metres further is Orchards, a handy local corner shop. Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks. 10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles & Totland, Colwell & Compton beaches. Tescos supermarket, local fishmonger, butcher & baker just 5 minutes drive away or all walkable.

Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

Beau and Bay are two semi detached holiday bungalows, which have been completely refurbished. Each offering glimpses of The Solent and within a stones throw of the beautiful Colwell bay, with its beaches and eateries. The restaurant The Hut, is a 15-20 minute walk away. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
