Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage in mitten von Wiesen und Wälder. Der schönen Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung, wo man bei einen Glas Wein noch den Sternenhimmel betrachten kann. Mit ein wenig Glück kann man auch ein Wildtier, wie einen Hirsch oder ein Reh, beobachten. Für dein Mittag- oder Abendessen kannst du frische Kräuter aus den Kräutergarten holen und frische Milch und Eier, von unseren Hühnern, für das Frühstück gibt es auch bei uns. Das ca. 60 qm große Apartment befindet sich direkt auf der Seiser Alm auf 1700 Meter inmitten der Dolomiten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Skipiste und besticht durch das imposante Panorama auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein separat begehbares Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten, ein Bad, ein Tages-WC, einem Balkon sowie ein Studio mit einem großen Esstisch und einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa. One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.
