El agua caliente proviene de la caldera central del edificio por lo que facilita prolongados y agradables baños. Bajo la mesada de la cocina hay un moderno lavarropas. Todas las puertas tienen cerradura con llave y el cuarto puede cerrarse desde su pasillo de acceso, quedando de esa manera en "suite privada " con el baño.
