As of 3/24/26 we have a NEW HEAVY DUTY WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM! Our renovated cabin is family friendly (childproofed), stylish, and cozy with lovely wooden accents throughout! This cabin is conveniently located just off Westside Rd. a mere skip away from Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths etc...It is a 5-8 minute drive to North Conway Village and Cranmore Ski Resort; and a 5-8 minute drive from Settler's Green Outlets, grocery stores etc...with numerous other popular destinations nearby.

Cliff House is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Just 10 minutes from North Conway, the home features a cozy fireplace, chef’s kitchen, spacious deck, & fire pit. The perfect home base for exploring the White Mountains, with a private setting ideal for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Please Note: - This rustic cabin is cute & quaint but is not a luxury stay - This is a tiny A-frame (500 sq ft) in a small neighborhood and is not secluded in the woods (there are neighbors on either side) - The stairs to both bedrooms are VERY steep & narrow (please review pics prior to booking)
