Both bedrooms have king-size beds. 2 bathrooms guarantee plenty of space and save time. Children or dogs can run around in the fenced garden. The neighbouring farm offers the opportunity to watch sheep and cows. The open fireplace in the living room and the wood-burning stove in the kitchen invite you to spend cosy evenings in convivial company.

Access to the property is via a driveway across a field. Lough Derg is a five minute walk away. You have a your own self contained apartment. Your own separate entrance, parking area and garden. There are two large double bedrooms a large private bathroom and a kitchenette. Please note, we do not have a shower, but a luxurious bath instead!

The Coach House

A newly renovated coach house in the heart of Portumna Town, close to Lough Derg, the River Shannon and the Forest Park. The accommodation comprises of a kitchen/dining, bedroom/ lounge and bathroom with an outside patio area including BBQ. Access is pedestrian through the front archway leading from the street. With added comfort of underfloor heating, and triple glaze windows, this accommodation is cosy all year round. There is also a shed for storage of outdoor activity equipment.
