Welcome to a tranquil, beach-style apartment with cool ocean breezes where you can snooze in the hammock, curl up with a book on a sunny window seat or cool off in the lap pool on the hot summer afternoons. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny veranda, afternoon drinks in your courtyard or on the back deck by the pool at sunset. At end of day snuggle up in the comfy king-size bed, falling asleep listening to the waves on the beach through the open louvers. The bed can be transformed into two king singles if you just let us know when booking. We do welcome one small non-shedding, toilet trained dog. Your apartment has a separate entry with patio. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances - cook top, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri-bullet, jaffle maker, Smeg jug & toaster. Comfortable lounge & dining setting. If you just want to chill out at home there is Wi fi, Netflix, some games & jigsaws. - Self check in via lock box 24/7. Code given prior to arrival. - Private access. - Shared pool area. We also live on the premises and would love to welcome you to your self contained apartment when possible. We will be happy to help you with anything you require but we will ensure you have your privacy to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short stroll along the street will get you to the track onto the beach... which is an off-leash doggy beach. A short walk along the beach to track 37 is Chalet & Co for Coffee, breakfast or lunch. A little further along is Sunshine beach with more great coffee shops, cafes, restaurants & surf club. There is a bus stop at the end of the street if you want to leave your car and take the bus to Hastings St or to Peregian Beach. There is a bus stop 4 1/2 minutes walk from the apartment that goes North to Noosa Heads which is great at busy times when parking can be a challenge or you don't have your own vehicle. Also great when you would like to have dinner or watch the sunset over the ocean on Main Beach, Hastings St while enjoying a drink or two. Buses also go south to Peregian Beach where there are some lovely restaurants , cafes, coffee shops and an IGA supermarket. If you are adventurous you can take a bike ride around the area on the great pathways. We do have a port-a-cot if required for under 2's. The King Bed can be altered to King Singles for those requiring separate beds. Also provided are beach umbrella, beach mat , beach towels, doggy towel & doggy waste bags. We welcome a small quiet dog that is toilet trained & doesn't shed a lot of hair. Also that you keep them off the furniture & bed. There is a doggy door and we ask you clean up any out door toilet mess.

Seaside Unit - Marcoola Beach

The Pacific Ocean to the east with patrolled beaches nearby, and the majestic Mount Coolum to the west! This apartment is situated just meters from the boardwalk that accesses Marcoola Beach, being an easy 5 minute walk. Combined living and kitchen area, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a balcony to catch the morning sun. Single garage provides secure parking up to medium sized vehicle. The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
