The Barn, a tranquil and spacious holiday retreat

This accommodation provides peaceful and spacious summer living, with good parking, and is close to the A30 for exploring. Ideal for 1 large or 2 small families, with upside down design, downstairs has a double and twin bedroom , a bathroom and a Utility room (which can be used as a kitchen/diner if requested). Upstairs has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, with an ensuite double bedroom. In a hamlet, close to village amenities. It is near Eden, Heligan, The Roseland and Newquay.

The property is within easy reach of local facilities with both north and south coasts approx. 10-15 minutes drive.

Sweetpea makes an Ideal base for sightseeing, beach adventures, or hiking/cycling Goss and Bodmin Moors. Relax on the sands of several nearby beach havens. Visit The Eden Project or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Go dolphin and seal spotting with Newquay Sea Safaris. Plus, the charming neighbouring towns of Padstow, Fowey, Charlestown, and Perranporth make for fantastic day trips!

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

Our small, but recently restored bolthole is the perfect escape for exploring all areas of Cornwall. Ideally located inland for access to both the north and south coasts, as well as the many pretty Cornish towns and villages, especially the stunning Roseland peninsula nearby. Coombe is a sleepy village, with a permanent community. Nearest amenities, such as shops and pubs are within a 5 minute drive. Our south facing garden and terrace is a delightful sun trap. Lanjeth Cornish cottage in quiet rural location.

A much loved family home, previously a clay worker's cottage. On a residential road with a 20 mph speed limit. It has it's quirks but is ideal for a home from home. Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay. Within walking distance is Lanjeth Water Gardens which is a great place to explore.
