Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Ride the Free Shuttle to take in many sights of the area such as; Crow Creek Mine, Double Musky Inn, Chair 5, Alyeska Hotel, Seven Glaciers at the top of the tram and many other hiking trails to use in the vicinity. Three decks to enjoy nature and take in the sounds of the river nearby. A jetted tub to soak your feet in at the end of the day.

Mossy Spruce Lodging House

Welcome! This is our main home (September-May) on the property. We have a cottage located next door that is also used for guests during the summer months. The overall feel of our home is warm, inviting, and open. The spiral staircase is the focal point of the living space and is the gateway to the loft! There are two bedrooms on the main level (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), and 1 full bathroom. The loft has 1 queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom (tile shower). The square footage of the house is 950.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Welcome to my little cabin! Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision. Located 1.2 miles outside the Seward City limits.

The six bar stools around the kitchen bar and the six-person dining table provide ample space for entertaining up to twelve guests.
