After a day of adventure, return home to unwind by the electric fireplace and take in the sweeping coastal views from the living room. The home features a California king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Inside, you’ll also find three flat-screen TVs, comfortable reclining chairs, books, board games, and ocean views from many rooms. Step outside to a spacious yard overlooking the water, with a private staircase that leads directly to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking basics, an electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and all the dish ware you’ll need for easy meals at home. Additional amenities include free WiFi, washer and dryer, fresh linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, and central heating. Clean, cozy, well-maintained 3-BR/2 bath house in Oregon’s Bay Area, with breath-taking views of the water/sunset from your bedrooms or from the deck. Close enough to the water to hear sea lions barking and feel the mist on your face!! The pathway on the property goes down to some of the best clamming beds on the Bay, and fishing from the shore. Crabbing is just down the street in either direction. We are in close proximity to all of the Coastal fun and sightseeing that you can handle.

NOT COMPLETEY DONE WITH OUR RENOVATION. FULLY FUNCTIONAL THOUGH Our 4 bed, 2 .5 bath OCEAN FRONT home sits 50' above the Pacific Ocean & overlooks Cape Arago Lighthouse (dcmd in 2006). Private stairs lead to a beautiful semi-private beach which faces Northwest, resulting in less wind. We are close to several Oregon State Parks. Golf is nearby HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please.

Wizard Hat Beach House

The Wizard Hat Beach House is a massive 3,956 square foot house with the best oceanfront views on the Oregon Coast. It will sleep nine adults comfortably, and kids will love the game room on the third floor. There's also a separate suite with a king bed and sofa sleeper on the lower level that boasts panoramic ocean views from every angle. Guests can access the beach using the stairwell leading from the house and enjoy miles of beachcombing or a leisurely walk into Old Town.

Bay Cove Cottage A

On the Bay across from Charleston Harbor. Bright, clean, and cozy, rustic 1940s era cottage duplex, perfect for frugal travelers. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.
