It is nestled in a 10 acre forest of Douglas Fir, Sitka Spruce and Port Orford Cedar. The cabin features a King Size bed, a large soaking tub and a large shower. Bathroom floor is heated. The fireplace provides a comfortable dry heat that can be used all year. The bungalow is perfect for whale and storm watching.

Recently renovated cottage with two bedrooms each with a comfortable memory foam queen bed. Fully furnished kitchen and comfortable living spaces. This cottage is on an 8 acre parcel that you’re welcome to experience. The owners may be on the other side of the property tending to the horses.

Apartment is situated close to downtown Coos Bay, within easy access to recreation areas in the surrounding county, 1 mile to Bay Area Hospital. One bedroom with CalKing bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Additional sleeping space - hide-a-bed couch in the living area. Pet friendly. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

Ridgecrest Cottage is a 2 story 1,600 sq ft house connected by and exterior staircase. It is a 2 bath 2 bedroom and has a sleeping loft with two additional beds. The yard is fenced in and has an additional outdoor dog kennel if needed. There is a Hot Tub, fire pit, gas grill, herb garden, & plenty of outdoor seating.
