Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Loft per due ideale per una coppia. Monolocale grande e nuovo, con balcone, tetto in legno e design moderno. Si trova al secondo piano di una casa curata ed abitata dalla famiglia che vi ospita. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici. É adatto per brevi e lunghi periodi. A malincuore non possiamo accettare animali.
